High-performancd Superconducting detectors using superconducting signal processing

Abstract(in English) High-performance superconducting detectors are used for the advanced sensing systems used in the radio astronomy, the material analysis and the quantum information fields. In this paper, superconducting transition edge sensors, microwave kinetic inductance detectors, superconducting nanowire single photon detectors, superconducting stripline particle detectors and digital SQUID magnetometers are reviewed. Superconducting signal processing circuits such as SQUID amplifiers and single flux quantum logic circuits contribute high-performance superconducting detecors such as circuit scale up and high time resolution. This report focuses on superconducting signal processing technology and reviews these advanced sensing systems.
