Theoretical study on multiple beam creation for subarray type hybrid beamforming

Abstract(in English) The method of deciding analog weight for subarray type hybrid beamforming is studied from the viewpoint of the channel matrix maximization as well as MIMO. The channel matrix is defined as a set of each propagation channel including analog weight and the method of deciding the analog weight to maximize the channel matrix is proposed. The analog weight is calculated by using the property that the maximum eigenvalue of the matrix is the maximum value of the determinant. It is found that the conventional method has still room for improvement by comparing with proposed method and conventional one.
