Abstract(in English) The purpose of this research is to consider how by using Image Exercise it is possible of Individual Separation from others can result in transformation. The paper will describe the benefits receive from Image Exercise and the relationship between though and cognitive bias, characteristic of the cognitive behaviour with suggestions. The case study shows a cognitive trap and avoidance method by using the Phyllis Krystal Method.
