Abstract(in English) Millimeter-wave technology has high development potential for industry, and recent research is progressing into development of communication systems using frequency bands above 100 GHz, which is effective for short-range and broadband wireless communications. And the activities to utilize a frequency more than 300 GHz are pushed forward lively. On the other hand, to ensure sharing and compatibility of the system to other applications, measurement of spurious is required. However, there are no established techniques for evaluating the spurious of the system on 300 GHz band without unwanted frequency components which are generated in measurement system. Therefore, there is an urgent market need for a spectrum analysis technology with low unwanted response. This paper introduces the technology for 300 GHz spectrum analysis with pre-selector.
