Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The effect of introducing “laziness” (or, noizse) into the chaser’s behavior in the group chase and escape model is studied. Laziness is introduced in two ways: uniformly to all the chasers and in a “division of labor” way. It is shown that while the former is always ineffective, the latter can improve the efficiency of catching whole targets.
