Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In recent years, various industrial machines have been developed to be more complicated and sophisticated. The slip ring system which plays an important role in alleviating the complicated function is a concentric circle, And is a mechanism for transmitting electric power and signals via an annular electric path and a brush arranged in a slip ring system. As examples of the slip ring system being used, there are thermal power generation, wind power generation, hydroelectric power generation, etc. Sliding There are many reports of contact failure in the brush / ring of the contact energizing portion due to contamination, wear, and surface film formation. In this paper, we report the experimental results on various properties of lubricating oil applied to reduce brush wear.
