Influence of viscosity of oil on contact resistance

Abstract(in English) Currently, it is necessary to decrease the insertion force to the automobile connector. Contact oil is one of the means for solving the problem. However, the contact oil is originally as insulator, the contact oil may affect the contact resistance depending on the state of the presence in the contact point. Therefore, in this study, the force-contact resistance measurement was performed with automatic positioning stage, and influence of the viscosity of oil in low load region on contact resistance was discussed.
