Diffusion Type Congestion Control for Named Data Networking

Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose using the diffusion type flow control mechanism as a congestion control method in Named data networking (NDN). the diffusion-type flow control mechanism is a flow control mechanism that autonomously operates based on local information that each node on the network can know about and realizes performance improvement of the network as a result of its operation. We propose a method to handle the diffusion type flow control mechanism which can be handled only by a single route in IP communication even in case of multiple routes on NDN.
