Abstract(in English) People build or maintain trust relationship by telling a lie instead of telling all honestly when telling with others. This study concentrates on trust relationship that do not break relationship even if teller changes a belief and tells a lie. Generally speaking, the sympathy lie does not break a trust relationship, but the difference in evaluation of trust relationship does not become clear whether listener discover a lie. Therefore this study tests how does the listener evaluate the trust relationship to the teller through an experiment by 2 factors, one is “whether speaker speaks black-lie or white-lie”, the other is “whether speaker hides the intention”. As a result, trust relationship changed to easy situation to build trust relationship when teller tell white lie and his intention is not noticed, trust relationship changed to difficult situation to build trust relationship when teller tell black lie and his intention is not noticed. This study result is expected to become important factor will clear when you build trust relationship by telling a lie and, to become a new model to build the trust relationship.
