Abstract(in English) | Magnetic Resonance Electrical Properties Tomography (MREPT) has been actively studied as an imagingmodality that reconstructs electrical properties of biological tissues from measured data of internal magnetic field. Wepreviously proposed an explicit reconstruction method of electrical properties based on the D-bar equation for the casethat the magnetic field does not vary along body axis. In this paper, we propose a novel reconstruction method basedon an integral formula for the generalized analytic functions that takes the variation of the magnetic field along bodyaxis into effect. Numerical simulations and phantom experiments show that our proposed method can reconstructelectrical properties precisely even in case that they vary along body axis. |
