| Abstract(in English) | We examined the new caption method for the movie BGM, which used face icon for each BGM. We prepared control (ordinary music caption with a note), face icon which represented the characteristics of BGM,, text description of the BGM and compared these methods with the hearing and the hearing-impaired subjects. As a result, we find that 1) captioning BGM is useful to understand the movie, and 2) face icon is better for other two methods for the hearing, while, description caption is better for the other two methods for the hearing-impaired. |
