Abstract(in English) | In operation and management of ICT infrastructure, it is important tofollow dynamic variations of situation in the infrastructure, and tochoose appropriate operations with the aim of utilizing efficientlyhuman resources and reducing operational errors. Automation of operationand management is becoming much attracted for this purpose, however, itis not well studied on its framework to achieve dynamic and flexiblecomposition of operational functions, and cooperation of multipleelements for operating a complicated infrastructure. In this paper, wepropose a framework to automate ICT operations by introducingmodularization of operational procedures into re-configurable andre-usable functional modules. Operators can pay much attention tooperational logics by using Workflow Management System(WMS)whichenables to represent an operational procedure by the composition offunction modules. We develop an error management system by usingStackStorm (st2) as a Proof-of-Concept system. |
