Abstract(in English) | By using StarBED or GENI, it is possible to perform network experiments on a large scale or wide area network. The advent of the configuration management tools made it possible to build cloud infrastructure like software configuration. However, it is not easy to construct an environment for verifying the operation of an application system in its own network environment. This paper proposes a system that can intuitively describe the configuration definition file from the information of the network topology to be verified and easily construct and discard the experimental virtual network. As a virtual node, Linux Network Namespace, Docker Container, Virtual Machine can be used while VXLAN or Linux Bridge can be used as a virtual link. Virtual nodes can be distributedly allocated to multiple physical machines without changing the settings of network devices. By clarifying the correspondence relationship between physical and virtual nodes, a more realistic virtual environment can be constructed. The creation time of a virtual network is shorter than manual work. The throughput between the virtual nodes does not decrease too much. |
