Abstract(in English) | Miss operation of an electronic equipment due to electromagnetic disturbance may directly lead to abnormal situation, so it is necessary for the electronic equipment to have sufficient immunity corresponding to the installation environment. When measuring noise inflowing to an electronic equipment using a general electric probe, it is impossible to perform accurate measurement because ambient noise is superimposed on the probe head and the cable. For this reason, in order to estimate the noise inflow path, it was physically way that partially shielding or like that. In this paper, to identify the inflow route of electrostatic discharge noise we measured the noice inflowing to an eletronic equipment using an optical electric field probe. |
