Abstract(in English) Microwave assisted magnetic recording (MAMR) is one of the promising candidate technologies for ultrahigh density recording. Few studies have been reported using large amplitude microwave field on CoCrPt based granular media, which can be applicable MAMR without large modification. In this study, we have redesigned sample structure to realize both large microwave field amplitude and high thermal conductivity. Microwave assistance effect close to 60 % was confirmed on CoCrPt-TiO2 granular media by applying microwave field of 830 Oe.
