| Abstract(in English) | Numerous Internet users not recovering their infected PCs are reported. In order to have them recover their PCs, the process and factor of decision-making about computer virus measures have been investigated, and some candidates of factor have been found. This paper describes an experiment result, that these factors have positive impacts for computer virus measures. We made a movie with some messages stimulating these factors and tested an effect of the movie. At result, these factors increased intention for measures. |
