[Invited Talk] Development of automatic process control platform for prompt and precise provisioning for a variety of communication services

Abstract(in English) Live contents such as sports and concerts, which is attracting attention to audience, increase real-time video contribution service in demand. In some event venues, service providers have to dispatch a technical team with a variety of equipment every time. Operators of the providers have difficulty to grasp the remote situation with conventional tools and provisioning work is easily delayed especially when the service should be prepared in multiple venues simultaneously. For this reason, we have developed the automatic control platform incorporating technologies such as ZTP and remote communication in order to shorten precise provisioning work process for the operator. In this paper, we introduce the architecture and the implementation of the platform and we describe evaluation results and findings obtained through the actual operation.
