An identification method of interference signals by phase shift of chirp signal in FMCW radar using PLL

Abstract(in English) It is difficult for a receiver of FMCW radar to distinguish a desired reflected FMCW signal from undesired interference FMCW signals using same modulation parameters as the desired signal. We propose a novel method to identify the interference signals by phase shift of chirp signal. The phase shift of chirp signal can be performed by clock shift of control data of frequency dividers in F-PLL. The effectiveness of the proposal method was confirmed by measurement.
