| 抄録(和) | 老人性難聴とは加齢による聴力の劣化であり，老人性難聴者は年々増加している．そのため，健聴者による難聴や補聴器への理解を深めることは重要となっている．そこで，本研究では健聴者が老人性難聴を体験することができる老人性難聴エミュレーターを作成した．このエミュレーターでは老人性難聴における言葉の聞き取り能力の低下の原因である時間分解能の低下を再現した．時間分解能の低下により継時マスキングが起こりやすくなることに着眼し，これを音響におけるリバーブエフェクトを用いて再現した．このシステムについてギャップ検知検査と単語了解度検査の 2 種類の検査を行い，システムの有用性が示唆された． |
| 抄録(英) | Presbycusis is deterioration of hearing due to aging, and senile persons with hearing loss are increasing year by year. Therefore, it is important to deepen understanding of presbycusis and hearing aids by people with normal hearing. In this research, we created the presbycusis emulator that allows normal hearing people to experience the deterioration of hearing. This emulator reproduced the decline in temporal resolution that is the cause of the degradation of the hearing ability of presbycusis. By using the reverb effect, the temporal masking due to the decline in temporal resolution was reproduced. We conducted two kinds of inspections for this system, Gaps-In-Noise test and word intelligibility test, and the usefulness of the system was suggested. |
