Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In 5G mobile communication systems, an effective high-capacity technology is expected by using high-density small cells. We are proposing the ultra high-density distributed antenna systems and studying the coordinated radio resource scheduling for 5G. We developed the experiment system in which we can investigate the transmission performance (channel capacity) of wideband coordinated multi-user MIMO (MU-MIMO). In this paper, we introduce our field experiment results at urban area where reception antennas of UEs are mounted on a vehicle driving at Shinjuku Yasukuni-Street surrounded by many buildings, and demonstrate the performance of ultra high-density distributed antenna systems.
