Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this research, a novel haptic device using drone is proposed. A limitation in conventional haptic devices is that they have limited operating range, and cannot be used for CG objects that are out in open space. The proposed haptic device uses a drone to deliver force feedback to the user. The drone can potentially operate in any space assigned to it; this gives the device greater operating range. Additionally, not having to be attached to the user allows for greater ease of use.
