Abstract(in English) Recent rapid progress of imaging techniques such as two-photon microscopes causes the extreme increase in amount of acquired data. However, analysis methods based on the non-negative matrix factorization requires a large memory area to store all movie flames, which is an obstacle in handling huge scale data. To overcom this issue, we proposed an analysis method based on restricted Boltzmann machine, which can separately process every few frames. To improve its performance as cell detector, we introduced a non-negative constraint and a spatial locality constraint (i.e. spread function). We evaluated the performance of our method with artficial data and real imaging data.
