| 抄録(和) | 企業のITシステムにおいてブロックチェーン(BC)の活用が幅広く検討されつつあり，中でも自動車等の製造業におけるサプライチェーン管理は有望な活用先の1つとされている。我々は複数企業のITインフラ上にBCのノードを分散配置し，事業者毎に異なる部品流通や製造情報を共通モデル化して管理するトレーサビリティ管理技術を着想した。また本技術を自動車メーカーに実適用する場合，システム全体で毎秒40回のデータ書き込み，および100回のデータ参照に耐えうる必要があると見積もった。そこで，オープンソースのBC基盤であるHyperledger Fabricを用いてクラウド上の分散環境にデモアプリを構築し性能を検証したところ，実行環境の設定を適切に実施することで所期要件を充足できた。 |
| 抄録(英) | Many companies have expectation for blockchain as a technology that brings innovation to their businesses. Especially, supply chain management in manufacturing industries, such as automobiles, is regarded as one of promising applications of blockchain. We proposed traceability management system of automobiles manufacturing, which consists of distributed blockchain nodes on IT infrastructures of multiple companies, converts information about parts ordering and manufacturing into a common model and manages them using blockchain. And we estimated that the system must treat 40 times of queries and 100 times of data references per second. We experimentally developed the system on cloud environment using Hyperledger Fabric, which is open-source platform of blockchain. As a result of performance evaluation, it was possible to satisfy the requirement by properly setting cloud and software environment. |
