Abstract(in English) | In these days, the development for 5th generation mobile phone becomes highly activated. In 5G mobile phone system, maximum modulation bandwidth is enlarged to 100~400 MHz. In addition, complicated systems such as DC (Dual Connectivity) and MIMO (Multiple-Input and Multiple-Output) will be applied. With this wide bandwidth and complicated parallel operating systems, the ET (Envelope Tracking) systems and the DPD (Digital Pre-Distortion) systems may not be always the optimum solutions. The PA for a 5G system should achieve good linearity with standalone operation. Therefore, it may be a good timing to re-study features of linear PAs. |
