Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper improves our previously proposed semi-blind uplink interference suppression scheme for multicell multiuser massive MIMO systems by employing beamspace approach. Constant modulus algorithm (CMA) known as a blind adaptive array scheme can fully exploit degree of freedom (DoF) of massive antenna array to suppress inter-user interference (IUI) and inter-cell interference (ICI). Meanwhile, it excessively consumes DoF when the number of incoming signal is fewer than that of receiving antenna elements. We introduce beamspace method which converts the number of array input from the antenna-space to the beamspace and controls DoF expended for semi-blind interference suppression. It can optimize the array gain and interference suppression ability and resultant output signal-to-interference and noise power ratio (SINR) can be improved. Computer simulation reveals the improved SINR and outage probability performances. It can also contribute to reduce the required number of data symbols.
