Abstract(in English) In sales activities in which results are influenced by judgment of the person, the means for eliminating the human dependence and increasing efficiency of the sales activities are required. To realize that, a process discovery method that extracts regularity from the decision making process of sales activities is essential. In the process discovery method in conventional process mining, the regularity and rules of business process are extracted from information on execution order of events contained in the event logs output from the systems operated by human. Furthermore, the process is strengthened from the event log outputted during execution of the process. However, in the decision making process of sales activities, it is difficult to apply the conventional process discovery method because the rules are not known in advance and the input information is unstructured data such as business diaries . For these issues, we are developing the effective decision-making support system by applying the machine learning model. In this paper we provide a new procedure and application algorithms on process discovery method for business decision making support system.
