Abstract(in English) We improved Katono and Matsuda (2017’s Security Policy Game developed for “information study for participating community” held in upper secondary schools. Their game had following problems; 1) It had no trade-off confliction problem between usability and safety, 2) There was no process for consensus building with various people, and 3) It had insufficient support to prompt learners to systematically understand knowledge of information security technology by themselves. The improved game was verified its educational effects based on practical lessons in a school.
