Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) QoE (Quality of Experience), which is a measurement of the user’s experience to service, has attracted attention in recent years in order to accurately measure the communication service quality, such as the quality of streaming video. In this study, we aim at establishing QoE measurement not based on subjective evaluation such as questionnaire but based on objectively measured bio-signals. By classifying the users’ subjective quality evaluations using random forest with the input of bio-signals obtained from users as well as the users’ interest to video while watching video with delay, we have found high accuracy between the classification results and the subjective evaluations, which suggests that QoE could be estimated from bio-signals and the degree of interest to video.
