| Abstract(in English) | Students who live in a dormitory at the National Institute of Technology hand in a night-and-meal-away request at a dormitory office counter using printed paper every week when they go back home. To reduce the receipt procedure workload on office workers, we proposed an online student request system for these night-and-meals-away in a previous paper, but it did not meet each dormitory rule. For that reason, we generalize the system to satisfy the rules which are different among colleges located all around Japan. The results of evaluations obtained from the total of $11$ dormitory rules show that there are some unsupported cases on request procedures. |
