Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Now there is an increasing demand for satellite communication that can provide communication environments to terminals which exist in areas where terrestrial communication network such as aircraft and vessel can’t reach. Digital channelizer that can flexibly allocate frequency resource according to traffic demand is currently attracting attention. Digital channelizer allocates frequency resource on a subchannel basis. However, the relation between subchannel width and flexibility of satellite communication system has not yet been studied. Therefore, in this paper, we define flexibility as ability to maintain high ability under various situations and quantitatively evaluate the effect of subchannel width on flexibility of satellite communication system using flexibility analysis model of satellite system.
