| Abstract(in English) | Many self-care methods based on sleep-exercise-nutrition are attracting attention as measures to solve the increase of medical expenses in recent years. low labor productivity of Japanese due to overwork is also outstanding among developed countries. We considered university students and graduate students of our university as individuals' health condition as "health media", and in the case of individual self-care, we practiced as a reasonably small-step PDCA cycle and achieved improvement effect. In this research, attention was paid to the method of improving concentration during work and calculations as pre-routine before work. We also study application design to improve concentration, and show their effectiveness in this report. |
