Abstract(in English) We have studied electrical characteristics of carbon nanotube thin film transistors in the electrolytic solution. In particular, the response to pH and ion concentration of CNT thin film have been investigated in detail. A simple equivalent circuit model is proposed, taking functional groups on the CNT surface into account to explain the experimental results.
