Abstract(in English) | Base stations for between remote island satellite communication systems and disaster recovery satellite communication systems are generally required large aperture antenna and high transmission power to have a large number of line. In particular for transmitters, high reliability and high output power are required. Redundant TWTA configuration is commonly used to satisfy such requirements. The issue of conventional redundant TWTA configurations is that it involves disconnection during TWT replacement work and at the TWAT failure. This paper presents to solve that the issue by a novel transmitter configuration. Its configuration and proposed operation offers to improved availability for base stations. |
