Abstract(in English) It was reported that the equilibrium mode distribution state(EMD)is good to measure optical performance of passive components with step-index multimode fibers. EMD can be generated using 3km long HPCF,however,it needs a large drum to handle HPCF. We tried to make pseudo-EMD and confirmed its performance using 2 m long HPCF and a lens.
