Abstract(in English) We review our report on an end-to-end multi-core fiber transmission link where the 8-core fiber and the corresponding 200 Gb/s silicon photonics transceiver chip were co-designed. Equivalent performance between the MCF and a parallel SMF transmission links were confirmed.
