| Abstract(in English) | Recently the increased number of foreigners visiting Japan, means multilingual support is required not only in tourist attractions and public facilities but also in various places such as restaurants and retail shops. However, it is not easy to distribute and develop personnel who are able to multilingual support. In addition, the use of multilingual support tools by ICT is increasing, but if there are not skilled personnel with tool development technology or if it is an environment where development costs cannot be borne, it is difficult to develop tools suitable for a site. Therefore, this study proposed and developed a support service that makes it possible to build multilingual communication support tools easily if there is parallel translation data of conversation that is assumed in the field even for people without programming development knowledge. |
