| 抄録(和) | ネパールは，国土の40％が無電化である一方，有力な電力資源と考えられる風力発電はほとんど調査されていない．風力再生エネルギーの有効活用を目指して，ネパール内の2つの大学にハイブリット風力発電機を設置し，農村への電力供給に向けた実証実験を開始した．このシステムの効率的な運営のため，モニタリングシステムが必要であるためこれを提案する．このシステムはラズパイを使用し，ツイターから現地の気象情報を収集するものである．日本国内の遠隔エリアや現地からこれらの機器を制御し，天候など諸条件に対して的確な運営を行うことを目指す．最終的には地域のエンジニアの教育訓練により現地主体の運営を目指す． |
| 抄録(英) | There are a few electricity in 40% of Nepal. The wind power systems are not popular so a few research was held. We are going to use these devices effectively, so we deployed the 2 wind power generation systems in top universities in Nepal. At the beginning of experiments in Nepal, for effective operation, we are proposing the project of monitoring system. This system is for collecting data form the Hybrid-type wind power generator by using RasPi. We are going to control these devices from the remote area like Japan. Depending on the weather conditions, these machines worked under several conditions must run precisely and strict. The purpose of our project is to run these generators safely under any weather, so the first step of us is monitoring sensors. The next step is to control generators, by manual or automatic. The third step is to train local engineers nearby. |
