Abstract(in English) | Many international tourists visit Japan every year, and the number of them is increasing rapidly. On the other hand, Japan is a country that is prone to natural disasters such as earthquakes and typhoons. Therefore, a disaster prevention system for international tourists is required. However, according to the results of a survey conducted with foreigners by municipalities, they are less aware of the danger of natural disasters. Therefore, we propose the concept of ``being exposed to disaster prevention information" and have developed a system as an example of its implementation. The system provides disaster prevention information corresponding to a route search result when an international tourist performs a route search on the website. The purpose of this system is to provide disaster prevention information to international tourists who are not aware of disaster prevention information. The system has been developed with design policies that include (1) tourists receive disaster prevention information passively, and (2) displayed disaster prevention information will not make tourists feel uncomfortable. In this paper, we discuss the overview of the system and the results of an experiment. |
