Abstract(in English) Recently, globalization has helped in increasing communication among people with different native languages. From this background, we have developed a multilingual communication sheet creation system.In this study, we added a function of supplying answer candidate into our system. This function supplies with appropriate answer candidates from question texts. The contributions of this paper are the following results: (1) The proposed function can reduce the interview time of medical workers and patients. (2) The proposed function can reduce the number of times to use machine translation.
