Abstract(in English) In recent years, government has taken various measures to promote open data, but the introduction of open data into local government is stagnated, and problem solving by utilizing data has not advanced as much as expected. "Public and Private Data Utilization Scenario Creation Platform Project" is a challenge to build a cycle creating ideas continuously by utilizing public and private data. It is also expected to contribute to the realization of data utilization for problem solving and the promotion of open data. In this paper, after explaining its background, purpose and framework, the result of real practices will be evaluated.
