Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We measured the shift of the formant frequencies of Japanese 5 vowels under the noisy environment to detect the quantity of the Lombard effect. We report the relation between Lombard effect and quality of the noise or level of the noise. Former experiments showed that not only the volume of the noise but also quality of the noisy environment affect the quantity of the Lombard effect. Previous paper showed only the results of the limited examinee and noisy environment. In this report, we increased examinees and a kind of the noise environment and carried out an additional experiment. We obtained the pentagon by the distribution of the first formant and the second formant. And we define the quantity of the Lombard effect using the centroid of this pentagon. Experimental results of the change of the Lombard effect by the change of environment are shown.
