Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) With the scaling down and low power operation of VLSI circuits, effects on circuit behavior by power supply noise such as IR-drop is noticeable. Error occurrence on SRAM by power supply noise and some countermeasures are already reported. On the other hand, similar study for FF (Flip-Flop) circuit that is one of memory elements is not popular than SRAM. In this study, we investigate factor of error occurrence caused by power supply noise in FF circuit and develop some new circuits which are countermeasures of errors. For new FF circuits, we investigate the effects of their behaviors by power supply noise and evaluate performance of FF circuits.
