Abstract(in English) We demonstrate that a cladding pumped 19-core erbium doped fiber amplifier has 2.5dB higher pump power efficiency than a cladding pumped 7-core EDFA. The 19-core EDFA with pump power of 22.8W has and output power of 22.2dBm.
