A study on adaptive array antenna based on weight and antenna spacing control

Abstract(in English) Adaptive array antenna with M elements and M RF-chains can suppress M - 1 interference singnals by controling array weight properly. And, we know that an adaptive array antenna which is not based on only array weight but also antenna spacing with 2 elements and 2 RF-chains can be improved capacity performance by properly antenna spacing control more than conventional adaptive array antenna drastically in LoS scenario. Before, we proposed an setting method of antenna spacing for AAA-WS (adaptive array antenna based on wigtht and spacing) by using DoA informations of desired and interference signals. In this paper we examine the antenna spacing setting method is good complexity performance. And we indicate that the proper antenna spacing is de- pending on only input INR when input SNR is decided. So if we switch the antenna spacing method depend on input INR information, we will get more good performance.
