Abstract(in English) | e have been developing the detection algorithm of R peaks in electrocardiogram based on automata. However, there are limitations in using the same method to detect the arrhythmic beat. In this study, we present multiple automata recognizer in the combination of syntactical and statistical approach to extend the capability of the method to be able to detect the premature ventricular contraction beats in ECG as well. As results, we could obtain a better positive predictive value, detection error rate, and accuracy with the comparison to other methods. |
