Abstract(in English) Fog-Cloud computing system has recently attracted much attention. In this computing concept, localized computing facilities (Fog) handle various and delay-sensitiveness data processing to shorten the latency arising from the location of data centers (Cloud). However, if the data processing is concentrated on Fog, delay of the processing, block of the processing request, and power consumption of the network edge may increase. In this paper, we consider the design of Fog-Cloud computing taking latency and cost into account by using a mixed integer linear programming.
