| Abstract(in English) | In the wireless network, the network operator guides the user to give information and to change their behavior. That is Mechanism design approach. Mechanism design is a field in economics and game theory that takes an engineering approach to designing economic mechanisms or incentives, toward desired objectives, in strategic settings, where players act rationally. For user guidance, it is important what kind of information is presented to the user. This is the same concept that is said to be a nudge in behavioral economics. It gives people the opportunity to take good action by leveraging the user's psychological characteristics. In this paper, we propose communication control applying psychological characteristics of users. Focus on the relationship between price and its service as a factor affecting user's decision making. We quantify these behavior models by comparing users of MNO and MVNO as priority class models. Finally, we show the possibility of resource interchange using price sensitivity. |
