Measuring Method for DC Bias Characteristics for Integrated Magnetic Components Used in Multi-Phase DC/DC Converters

Abstract(in English) As a miniaturization method of the DC/DC converter, the multiphase circuit and utilizing integrated magnetic component have received attention. Furthermore, using dust core of integrated magnetic components for dealing with the large current and reducing the size has been examined. However, it has not been discussed that method for measurements DC bias characteristic for integrated magnetic components necessary for inspection of characteristic and application to circuit simulator. In this paper, the measuring method for DC bias characteristics for integrated magnetic components is proposed and validity of the proposed method was verified by experiment.
