Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper describes experiments for probing warehouse work stress, its analysis and discussion on logistics improvement. By using a heart rate meter, work stress is calculated in the experiments. Results show that picking goods, seeking, and movement are high stress in picking process for small goods. The results and questionnaire results show that works don’t recognize that the movement is high stress. Relation between high stress time and upper body posture is investigated. Its results show that the correlation is low. This means just using smartphones can’t calculate the work stress. Therefore, for increasing retention, it is important not only to improve picking goods and seeking but also to make movement and handy-terminal operation more efficient.
