Construction of a Universal Petri Net Model of Human Body and Meridian System and Its Simulation Data Aggregation

Abstract(in English) This paper aims to construct a universal Petri net model of human body and meridian system. We have built a Petri net model of 12 principal meridians which has been recognized as a major meridian of the human body. In this model, we focused on the acupuncture points affecting on five viscera and six bowels with an additional function of flexibility to adjust the relation between them. A model of generalized five viscera and six bowels and 12 principal meridians by setting values for tokens of places corresponding to acupuncture points was constructed. The log file of CPN Tools of the proposed model was deeply analyzed. The analytical results can be automatically displayed in graphics mode. This function provides a quick and effective interpretation to the users.
